Janira uses her flexibility to her advantage and sits in reverse doing a full weight splits facesit grinding all her weight down directly on his face. the more she inflicted pain and suffering the more she was enjoying it, as Chadam lay beneath her beaten and out of breath. Nearing the end, Janira really made him work to hold his breath, then when she let him breathe, he took the biggest gasp ever.

After finishing training my arms with exercises at the gymnastic bar, to complete my daily schedule workout I still have to train my long and strong legs with a new exercise recommended by my personal trainer. I wanna use this slave as a common exerciser tool without caring for his suffering. What interest me is train better my legs. Suspended in air, I will squeeze with my strong quadriceps this useless slave’s neck keeping the muscles of my legs tensed as much as possible in a long stretching exercise. My training will turn to be a long and painful scissor session for this slave. A mixed blending for him, who will have the great honour to keep my beautiful legs around his neck even though they will tighten in a clamp until bursting his neck veins. HAHAHA

Dopo aver finito di allenare le mie braccia facendo delle trazioni alla sbarra per completare il mio programma di allenamento quotidiano devo ancora allenare le mie lunghe e forti gambe con un nuovo esercizio che mi ha consigliato il mio personal trainer Voglio utilizzare questo schiavo come un comune attrezzo da palestra e non mi importa della sua sofferenza quello che a me interessa allenare al meglio le mie gambe Sospesa in aria, stringer con i miei forti quadricipiti il collo di questo inutile schiavo mettendo in trazione il pi possibile i muscoli delle mie gambe in un lungo esercizio di stretching.Il mio allenamento si trasformer per questo schiavo in un lunga e sofferta sessione di scissors . ..croce e delizia allo stesso tempo per questo schiavo che avr l’ immenso onore di avere le mie bellissime gambe intorno al collo anche se lo stringeranno in una morsa strang0lante tanto da fargli scoppiare le vene del collo .
