It was my 30th Bday, and Camille and I spent the night partying on the Las Vegas Strip! We finally found my favorite slot machine, and I happened to win $30 on my 30th right when I sit down. It seemed meant to be, so take off my shoes and get comfy. After playing for some time, I decide to leave while I am still up a little, but when I go to put my shoes back on, one is missing! Fuck. I’m pretty buzzed, so I’m unsure if I even had it when I sat down. Camille assures me she hadn’t noticed anything and so we begin on our journey to find it. We back track through MANY popular casinos, trying to find where I left it. Camille thinks this is fucking funny and I am getting frustrated. After HOURS of searching the strip for my shoe, I decide to give up. It is 4:30 in the morning and my poor bare foot hurts SO bad! We finally make our way back to the car, where I practically have to run across the parking garage because my bare foot is hurting me way too much. After hopping in the car feeling so defeated, Camille throws her purse in next to me and tells me to take a peek inside….. ALL…..FUCKING….. NIGHT…… There it was, right in her giant damn purse.
